Herbalists have been prescribing Bilberry and using it to help support eye function and proper circulation since the 16th century. There are lots of different products of this nature on the market, so what sets the Bilberry product from Puritan's Pride apart from the competition? This particular brand contains no sugar, milk, lactose, yeast, fish, preservatives or sodium, making it an ideal choice for quite a few people. However, it does contain gelatin, so strict vegetarians and vegans may want to look elsewhere to find a product that more specifically fits their needs. Some users claim that they have not seen any improvement in their eyesight, while others suggest that women over the age of 45 who do not get enough nutrients can benefit from this supplement. At least one user claims that while they have not seen significant improvements, their eyesight, which is already poor due to a pre-existing condition, has not worsened since beginning regular Bilberry use.

Take one softgel twice daily, preferably with a meal.
