I\'ve personally used this product [without any of the negative effects the previous writer was attempting-rather unsuccessfully- to describe] and so has my 88 year old Mom. While subjective reports from 2 people don\'t constitute proof, I suggest that this product has real value in reducing BP without the use of dangerous prescription drugs.

Previously on prescribed blood pressure meds over 7yrs but started using BPF when I quit the prescriptions. No ill effects. Went to the doctor yesterday after 5 months of taking BPF only one time per day and he determined that I did not need to be on prescription meds at this time and okayed the supplement along with other supplements that I take including flax and fish oil.

This product has caused problems in my renal patients who mistakenly believe that this will help their blood pressure normalize. What they fail to realize is the Potassium-that the manufacturer tells them will help their body-can KILL them! I would rather take something prescribed by my doctor than some snake oil I bought at a supermarket.
