Eye Guard Plus

A lot of people are searching for natural solutions to many problems, and poor ocular health is definitely one of the areas where people are reaching out. In response to the demand, Puritan's Pride has made Eye Guard Plus, a supplement that contains both Beta Carotene (found in carrots) and Lutein, which is found in leafy green vegetables and is the main Carotenoid found in the macula, the central area of the retina. It sounds good, but users of this product have been, unfortunately, quite negative about the results they have gotten. Some claim no benefits at all, while others are saying that the product actually made their situations worse by drying out their eyes. Itchiness is another side effect cited by users. One more complaint is the higher-than-average price that they're charging for the product. Unless you have found that it has worked for you in the past, you might want to look elsewhere for natural eye protection.

For adults, take four capsules daily, preferably with meals.
