This company accuses you submitted a wrong address, and then argues as by their company policy, they will not make amends for customer error. It's a scam. I get mail at the provided address all the regularly. Take your business elsewhere. |

Just put in 4th prescrition drug order. My U.S. pharmacy was charging me $570.00 for these prescritions for the same meds every 90 days. Using the presciption plan on medicare I would be paying $432.00 every 90 days. I only pay $203.00 with Planet Drugs. What\\\'s wrong with this picture? Treated like a valued customer and on time delivery of my meds. What more could I ask for. |

My wife and I have both used them for over a year, and are very satisfied with them. We were ordering Spiriva at Caremark through our drug plan. Total cost of drug was $528.00 for 90 days. With Planet it was 90 days supply generic for $46.00, and quality of the drugs seem the same. |

Placed an order 6 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived still. I have been brushed off by phone and by email. After some waiting and complaining they claim to be sending me a new order but it may take as long as 6 weeks. Worst case scenario Give up on them now and be out my payment and wasted 6 weeks. Best Case scenario if you can call it that. 12 weeks after my order it may show up. 12 weeks! |

My cancer Rx was so expensive that I could not afford it. At Planet Drugs I got it at about 30% the US price. Their prices were so good that some of my Rxs from them were cheaper than my co-pays here in the US. My cancer Rx is made in India by a U.S.corp., so I have no fear of foreign made drugs. Very few drugs are actually made here anyway. Planetdrugsdirect is 100% with us |

I've used Planetdrugsdirect on and off for about 5 years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great prices and great service. Why anyone would want to pay inflated US prices I cannot understand. |

They lied about the availability of the medicine I ordered so that they would not have to honor what they advertised on their site. I caught them in the lie and they simply said they could do nothing for me. They did refund the money, but I do not like doing business with people who lie. |

I ordered a generic version of an non-prescription over the counter treatment. I waited while they went through a very long processing. Then just over a week later they email and say I needed a prescription and must fax them the information. Far from impressed, my first time trying them and my last. |
