You couldn't get a more pure Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) than that available from Puritan's Pride. The EPO that they use is 100% pure and completely free of solvents. With each easy-to-swallow softgel, you'll get 9% GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid), which is an essential fatty acid of the Omega-6 family. While EPO is commonly used to combat the effects of PMS, it may also be beneficial to those who want healthier-looking skin. Since capsules contain Gelatin, they are not considered suitable for vegetarians, but they are free from artificial color, flavor and sweeteners and preservatives. They are also free from sugar, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish and sodium.
