With each easy-to-swallow softgel, you'll get 9% GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid), which is an essential fatty acid of the Omega-6 family. While EPO is commonly used to combat the effects of PMS, it may also be beneficial to those who want healthier-looking skin. Since capsules contain Gelatin, they are not considered suitable for vegetarians, but they are free from artificial color, flavor and sweeteners and preservatives. They are also free from sugar, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish and sodium. Many female users of this supplement celebrate its effects, claiming that their periods became much more regular, their breasts were less tender and menstrual cramps were greatly reduced. One particular consumer maintains that the regular usage of Evening Primrose Oil has helped treat her eczema.
