Not only do these capsules contain Beta-Sitosterol, which is known to support urinary flow and function, but they also contain Boron, Vanadium and Germanium, three more minerals essential for prostate health. This particular product is most usually purchased under the premise that it will help to ease prostate health issues and prevent the development of new problems. Men who take these supplements generally suffer from an enlarged prostate, urinary tract infections and prostatitis. Each daily serving contains 600 mg of plant sterols, Vitamin D, and 11 minerals.
