Resveratrol
This version of Resveratrol from Pure Encapsulations has been standardized to contain 20% Trans Resveratrol and 10% Emodin. Whether or not it works as it should is as difficult to gauge with this product as it is with any of the other Resveratrol supplements on the market. There are studies that may suggest that Resveratrol will promote healthy cells by getting rid of free radicals that can do all sorts of damage to our bodies. Healthy enzyme function is another purported property of Resveratrol. While very little information is available on the experience of users of this product, what we do know is that this version of this supplement is derived from Polygonum Cuspidatum, which is said to be one of the richest sources for extraction. There are no negative comments, which is a plus, and there is enough information available to believe that taking a supplement of this kind may help to promote cardiovascular, and cellular health by introducing a powerful Antioxidant into one's system.
Take one capsule per day, between meals, or as directed by a physician.
