Founded in 2002, Health Buy is a member of the National Products Association and is, according to their site, dedicated to providing customers with high-quality health and beauty products from natural sources. They do not manufacture the products, but instead, they provide links to the manufacturers. Some of the products are presented on the site within a frame, while others link directly to external sites.

With many products in several categories, HealthBuy definitely stocks their virtual shelves full of useful natural products. There is a general health section, sections dedicated to both women's and men's health and skin care and cosmetics sections.

Customer Relations

There is an extensive FAQ section that should answer many of your questions and concerns, whether you have already purchased a product or are merely investigating the possibility of doing so. There is no telephone support. Instead, if you need to ask a question, you will have to fill out a form. They promise to reply within 24 hours.

Orders shipped within the USA are sent via USPS, while international orders are delivered by FedEx. Because many of the product links will actually direct you to other websites that, from the looks of them, seem dubious at best, it is impossible to tell how much shipping fees are as there does not appear to be any kind of standard.

Is the price right?

An overwhelmingly large amount of the products have no pricing information at all. Instead, there is a page that asks for your information before giving you any idea of the quantity of the product offered or how much it will cost.

What else will I find?

There are no extras here. You will not find any newsletters or anything of that nature. This site consists solely of links to places where you can purchase products.

The bottom line

Health Buy has quite a few products, but is one of the more gimmicky sites that we have come across. The bottom line is, when looking for natural health and beauty products, it may be prudent to try one of the other many sites we have reviewed.
