When I first dealt with this company I thought the products were priced well and that made up for their lack of customer service. Now after almost two months of waiting for my refund and I have emailed and tried calling them half a dozen times) I won\\\'t and would not recommend shopping at this site. I would rather pay a little more and know there is a COMPANY that actually refunds your money. |

I ordered 11/7 and as of 11/20 have not received my order. What is really a scary bad business is that you CANNOT talk to a person at all! Only through email on their website. I could not cancel my order, and only when I said I would file a claim with my credit card company they DECIDED to ship. I am waiting to see if I get the items. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! |

Beware. You do not know the product is out of stock when you place your order. After 9 days, I checked the website to track my order. It states the product is out of stock: expected to ship on 12/20/10. That's over 10 days from the time I ordered the product. When buying a product for health reasons make sure you know the product is in stock. Other companies have better service. |

I ordered a pair of weight lifting gloves for my husband for Christmas on 12/17 with their promise to arrive by Christmas. I paid $8.99 to ship a 4oz item ($1.39 USPS First Class fee). They arrived on 12/29. I contacted customer service & was told to return them using postage they provided online. I did so on 1/2 & still no refund! Don't buy your medication from this website.Not only you don\'t know they are out of stock but I payed for Express Shipping over $36.00 and 10 days later I have not received the medication and they refuse to refund me the express shipping rate and charge me the regular shipping rate.Don't use them ! They take advantage of innocent costumers. |

This company will rob you blind! I received half of my order with one of the items spilled all over the inside of the box. Horrible customer service- BEWARE you will have to do a charge back Items not in stock show as in stock. No notification when shipped- took the money and ran! |

10-20-11, I ordered from mothernature, and my credit card was charged on that day, before shipping. 1 month later, pkg never shipped. They never emailed me nor replied to my 11/3 problem ticket 162710 re. this, even after 4 followup msgs. Their phone no. is a recorded msg directing callers back to website. I won a refund by disputing charges from credit card company. FRAUD - SCAM. Beware. |

I will never do business with them again. Like the others, I have not received my package from them -ordered 10/27, today is 12/26. Customer service is dismal at best, email being the only way to communicate with the company regarding an already placed order. I plan to dispute the charges asap. Save yourself headache and shop elsewhere. |

Would NOT recommend. Ordered items on Aug. 28, 2011. CC immediately billed. It is now 11.20.11 and no shipment. Cancelled items on 10.26.11 ... no refund ... no response to either me or the CC company. |

Ordered three items early September. Two items finally arrived 6 weeks later. The last item never arrived. No response at all to any e-mails. Please stay away from this company unless you want to give away your hard earned money! I ordered what seemed to be in stock products from their site and to my dismay more than a week passed and my order was still being processed only to find out that the items I ordered were out of stock. 2 billing cycles have passed and still no refund issued! I\'m beyond appalled at this company!Zero rating.. |
