Deara Jaynie I can help. I used a supplement caelld panicyl which works great (for me anyway) I've suffered with anxiety and panic for a long time and have done the whole antidepressant thing. (it was a horrible experience dealing with those) ANyway it has a whole bunch of different herbs including gaba that you mentioned. Good luck Jaynie.

I take Panicyl too and it works very well for my anxiety. In fact my panic atkctas have now stopped. However, I don't suffer from ADD so you may want to check on that. Be careful with the amount of Kava Kava you take if you try that since it can stress out your liver pretty badly.
