Vitabase's Woman's Multi-Liquid is an all-in-one multi-vitamin put in a delicious liquid in order to allow absorption rate at a higher and more efficient level. This potent mix contains the daily required amount of Vitamins A, B-Complex, C and E. In addition, extra calcium is added to provide added protection and three crucial enzymes integral to the digestion process are included to aid in the proper breakdown of starches and carbohydrates. Then there's the high percentage of important minerals including Magnesium, Phosphorus and Manganese. And all of this is in a blend of Aloe Vera juice that's less than 20 calories. The vast majority of the nutrients are taken from sea vegetables, which are known for their rich in vitamins. The liquid can be drunk from the cap bottle or poured into your favorite juice or smoothie to begin the day.
